This is such a gentle and deeply relaxing session - based on the Zen practice of Walking and Sitting.
For 2 hours we walk slowly around the room, then sit down and meditate, then walk again, then sit, etc...
The natural rhythm of these two dynamically-opposed practices gradually slows one's mind down, such that the experience of Time changes.
This is a subtle access to the state of Meditation, without any intellectualisations.
Silence leads one to oneself
Essentially this is an opportunity to think through one's 'stuff'. Tibetan Mantras are played in the background
which have a transcendental effect, and by the end we all leave in a trance-like state which is soft and calm.
We gradually introduce Tai-Chi walking, as we slow down more and more.
The seated meditation requires nothing other than silence and stillness.
