All Classes are Drop-In.
Please note that anyone
can come to ANY class.
These sessions
are not obsessed with gymnastics.
I will always match the class to suit the bodies
of the people there each time.
You will never do the same session twice,
as all classes are free-flowing and unplanned.
All the classes are the same,
and yet always different.
All classes are run by Toby Wallace.*

The Beginners Classes are simple and relaxing.
Mats and Blankets are provided.
Please wear loose clothing.
