Every Thursday Morning
at 6.30 - 8.00 AM

Toby will hold Deep Relaxation
Meditation/Pranayama Classes.

These classes will be very slow and relaxing,
and will only involve a slight amount of efforted stretching.

The focus will be upon the many Pranayama
Breath Control techniques,
and every person will be personally guided.

These sessions are a perfect form of meditation
and leave you refreshed for a bright day.
Great for Stress-Release, and all Illnesses.
