HAYFEVER
AND THE CONCEPT OF TIME
Ask any Buddhist
and they should confirm that the
breath relates to Time.
When One sits with the breath for
long enough,
it becomes apparent that time does
not exist.
The Concept of Time does -
but this is merely a
misunderstanding of how reality occurs.
The past is always Gone;
the Future does not exist;
and there is merely the Now,
and then the Now, and then the
Now.
It is quite common for people to
feel swept up
inside the concept of time:
Maya - describes the state
where the human
feels the whole world is HAPPENING TO THEM,
at times in Floods
and Storms.
The logic of the Fearful person,
the Untrusting person,
is to seek to Control all of this.
The minute a human Really Believes they need to fear
any threat to their control over
events,
this will naturally undermine and
challenge their Immune
System’s sense of security.
Consider that all allergies around
the sinuses are caused by the human’s deep concern that they need to protect
the flow of events into their world,
given that they fear certain things going
wrong.
A wise Buddhist/Yogic approach to
counteract this
is to truly integrate the
Understanding
that we do not need to protect against future events!
An otherwise mindset is
irrational, anxious, foolish,
and sickly.
So if you enjoy fear, stress,
struggle and resistance,
then Enjoy your illnesses!

TANTRA
- MORE THAN JUST A SPECIAL NIGHT IN
Tantra is a philosophy and a Way
of Life.
Tantric Sex is merely an aspect of
this totality.
And it certainly can be Fun!
Classically, there are two main
fields of Tantra:
a highly Ascetic renunciation
path,
and a more flamboyant discovery
road.
I asked a woman in a tantric
workshop once,
what is the simplest way to define
Tantra.
She said: “Surrender”.
In line with the Instincts of
Fear,
the human will Close often as a
way of relating to new events.
The opposite of this is Total
Openness.
Surrender is the way of Openness,
and is the hardest thing for any
human to truly do.
Most people are selectively open:
ie: their willingness
to be open applies only with their readiness.
When something really confronts
them in a way
they are not ready for, they will mostly close.
Taking this to the Extreme,
if you ever say No again in your
life,
to something that has been created
and offered as a possibility,
then you have confirmed the Ego as
the victor in your life
and you have not trusted the flow
of energy/consciousness.
While this might be a fact,
it is not unreasonable,
and most people will trust their
instincts when saying No.
So as an investigation into the
highest Way,
keep an eye over the next few days
when someone creates a possibility
in your life,
and how often you dominate or kill
that possibility
by controlling the flow of energy.
If you say No - think Why?
Am I an ambassador of Fear or
Trust?
And enjoy the Conversation!

HEALTH
SUBJECT FOR THE WEEK - CRAMPS
A cramp is a muscular contraction.
A rapid one,
that might appear random and
unexpected.
For 5000 years Yogis have agreed
over every generation
that the body is a physical
manifestation of Mind.
Consider that all of the tension
in your body
is purely reflecting the level of
resistance you have in your psyche.
The minute a baby hears “No”, as
the first time
the universe has not appeared
devoted to its every whim,
starts the first instinct to react
into fear.
Slowly the body tightens over a
lifetime
of resistance and struggle and
apprehension and doubt.
Already most 8 year old children
have tight spines
and cannot do backflips.
The average 40 year old cannot touch
their toes.
So consider that every time your
body suddenly contracts into a cramp,
it is actually reflecting the recent deep concerns of the human
- and in particular, their recent
hesitations.
Find a pattern there, and you can
begin to unlock your fears.
Listen to your body, trust it
every time it hurts.
The body never gets things wrong.
And yet a Pysche ruled by Fear and
Control
is perhaps the most irrational and
Unhealthy
of all things.
So when your body gets tight,
relax the muscles consciously,
and try to relax the Mind - by
meditating or breathing.
