ENERGY BLOCK MASSAGE

One hour deep massage
in the relaxed space at Land of Yoga.
This massage will focus
mostly on the back and shoulders.
It is designed to get some deep residual tension
out of the torso, and free up the body.
Given that most tension in the body
is usually caused by stress,
some counselling may be involved,
so that a truly deep release can occur.
This will happen only if the massagee
wants that.
The main focus is Letting Go.
It's time to get some energy moving!
