This is an entertaining and hilarious Kids' DVD for children 3-8yrs. While still being a serious Yoga class, all the poses have funny names, and Yoga Bear cracks funny jokes.

Children love Yoga Bear, as he teaches them to breathe well, stretch their bodies, and also to relax and meditate.

Wonderful guided dreams are told to the kids when they are resting.
